Sport Development Programme
Unlocking potential through active coaching and mentoring
Rooted in Paul Adams' legacy, this programme uses cricket and multi-code sports as vehicles to build teamwork, discipline and self-belief. Our landmark launch event in Lavender Hill proved that community sport brings hope and builds paths toward a better future.
Programme Scope & Delivery
- •Target Group: Youth aged 10–18 in Cape Flats communities (Grassy Park, Lavender Hill, Mitchells Plain).
- •Multi-Code Sports Days: Weekly structured cricket clinics, plus regular multi-sport events.
- •Pathway Integration: Linking talented grassroots players to formal club and provincial cricket pipelines.
- •100% Free: All sessions, equipment and travel support are provided at zero cost to participants.
Education & Bursary Programme
Supporting academic transitions and removing barriers to study
Where you grow up should not limit how far you go. We target the high-risk high school transition phase, helping deserving young scholars remain in school, perform at their best and unlock secondary/tertiary opportunities.

- •Grade 7 to 8 Bursaries: Bridging the critical transition from primary to high school.
- •Holistic Financial Aid: Funding school fees, learning materials, uniforms and textbooks.
- •Mentoring & Tutoring: Weekly academic check-ins, study support and career guidance.
- •Deserving Candidates: Awarded based on academic promise and demonstrable financial need.
Health & Wellbeing Programme
Building resilient minds and healthy communities
Sustainable development goes beyond the sports field. By addressing the physical, emotional and social hurdles that Cape Flats youth face, we ensure our participants have a healthy foundation to grow, learn and succeed.

- •Mental Wellness: Structured workshops addressing stress, goal setting and emotional resilience.
- •Physical Wellness: Integrating nutrition education, baseline health screenings and wellness days.
